Payment Policy
By purchasing tickets to the KMT Symposium, you agree to adhere to the following payment policy:
Principal Location and Legal Compliance: As the Project Office for KMT, GEORG – Geothermal Research Cluster, Icelandic ID no. 4304120350, VAT no. 12399, collects the registration fees. GEORG’s principal location of business is in Iceland, and all transactions are governed by Icelandic law.
Ticket Delivery: Upon completion of your payment, a digital ticket will be sent to the email address provided during the purchase process. Please ensure the accuracy of your email address to receive your ticket without delays.
Return Policy: Cancellations are accepted until April 1, 2024. Cancellations made before April 1 are eligible for a full refund of Registration price, cancellations made after or on April 1. are not eligible for a refund. For cancellations and/or inquiries, contact info@kmt.is.
